  • Registration Steps

  • -> If you are not a registered Doctor then you need to complete the Registration by clicking Are you a doctor? button and filling up the form.
  • -> In the registration page put a valid email (the one you use regularly, as system communicates with you through this email), put password
  • -> After confirm password you will see a Mathematical Captcha, you have to write the result of the equation in the textbox below.
  • -> If email, password, confirm password and result of captcha all are matched then you will see confirmation message ( this might take little longer depends on internet)
  • -> Then you have to go to your email, open email ( if Hotmail account, for now it might come into junk folder)
  • -> Once you open the email, there will be a link, click the link and you will be registered successfully
  • Update Profile

  • -> After Login if you are first time user then you will see the Doctor Profile Page
  • -> Update your profile with your personal information, Profile Photo,Chamber details, BMDC license, Specialty etc.
  • -> Without adding chamber details and BMDC registration, your account will not be activated.
  • -> After creating chamber, click edit/add hour then add opening hour for the week, you can also edit info here
  • -> This Opening hour info will be visible to patients who are searching for you.
  • -> Appointment module will be coming soon

  • -> Once you finish updating all your personal info and BMDC registration, we will verify your info and within 24 hrs , you will be able to go real patient data entry section.
  • -> Once verified successfully, and you log in after that, you will see GoToPatients button on top corner, Click that.
  • -> You will be redirected to Dashboard ( if you have multiple clinic, you will be redirected into a intermediary clinic selection page) this is for which clinic you will be working on for that login session.
  • -> After Chosing the medical Center You will redirect to dashboard page and there You will see on the top navigation bar of the page there is Add New Patient button, click that.
  • -> You will be redirected to Patient Register page.
  • -> In Patient Registration Page you will see 5 Sections -
    • - Personal Details
    • - Visit Info
    • - Medical History
    • - Contact Details
    • - Guardian Info/ Emergency Contact
  • -> You must Fill the Personal Details and Visit Info section and others are optional if you want you can fill that also if informations are available.
  • -> In Current Medication of Medical History Section, Type the trade name of the medicine, what patient says or brings, then hit search, wait 2 sec, the first drop down will populate the list, select from there.
  • -> In the past medical history, Either you select the ICD diagnosis group from the top and select the disease from the second list, OR type your diagnosis correctly and hit search, the second list will be populated with ICD Code Diseases.
  • -> In the family history, same approach as past medical history.
  • -> In the allregy history, you can select the category, then select the allergy from the second one.
  • -> In the Notes section, you can add any info which does not fit above like H/O accident, H/O C/s, H/O Lapcol etc.

  • -> In Dashboard you will see your Current Day's Visit , Futur Visits & Past Visit as well.
  • -> In every section of your visits you can Search Patient, Filter by Date, Sort by old & newer date also.
  • -> In Today's Visits section you can Check-In to take the Physical Exam and generate the Prescriptions.
  • -> In Upcoming Visits section you can Re-Schedule the patient visits.
  • -> In Past Visits section you can Re-Entry the patients' physical exam.
  • -> Dashboard will also display total patient, total days's visit
  • -> In the left side navigation bar, from the Patient list if you click Actions you will see some options.
  • -> From that actions you can View Details of the Patient, Create new visit, see visit list for specific patient.

  • -> Once You click Check-In from Dashboard, Six section present so far in this examination page
    • Complain Section

      You Can add or edit Chief & Additional Complain of the patient.

    • Vital Section

      Here you can insert patinet's vital infromation like height, weight, BMI , Temperature etc.

    • Exams Section

      Exam has almost all the different systemic findings plus general examination findings like Cardiovascular, Respiratory etc.The Add+ button pop up some look up for the examination findings, you can either use these by check box or simply type whatever you find.

    • File Section

      Visit File has the option to upload all types of document or image from your laptop.

    • Scale Section

      This feature will be available soon.

    • Special Note Section

      You can add notes about the pateint manually in note section.

  • -> Save button will save everything what we have input so far in this page and it will take you into Prescription page
  • Prescription

  • -> Prescription page has a 360 degree view of all the necessary info a doctor need to write diagnosis of patient
  • -> In right side there are some informative section which are representing the whole condition of the patient like patient info, avg. vital, physical exam details, current diagnosis, medical history.
  • -> In main part of Prescription there are 4 Sections Diagnosis,Investigation,Medication,Advice
  • -> Diagnosis
    • - Click the Add+ button will pop up to select the diagnosis
    • - First select is to select ICD 10 Group of diseases, 2nd select will be populated automatically
    • - You can search any disease by typing search text and hit search Button. 2nd select will be populated automatically
    • - Select from the 2nd List and hit save button. The diagnosis will be saved automatically
  • -> For Investigation and Medicine follow the same way like above .
  • -> Put your advices what patient needs to follow.
  • -> Press Save button to save all the info and Click Save & Print button to save and print the whole prescription.
  • -> Once you hit print prescription button, prescription will be shown as a pdf document. You just need to print it.
  • View History

  • -> In this page you will find all the information history about the specific patient.
  • -> Here in right side of the page you will see -
    • - Patient Info
    • - Past Medical History
    • - Family History
    • - Allergy History
    • - Current Medication
    • - Prognosis
    • - Immunization History
    • - Resource File
  • -> In the main part of this page you will find the Average Vital, Average Exam Findings and All Graphs in first Section.
  • -> After that you will see all the Visits of the patient in Visit Section.
  • -> And from the visit list you can navigate to different pages like Prescription,Physical Examinationetc.
